Has anyone purchased their Sandy Hook pass yet?

I did this morning.
Showed drivers license, registration and paid the 50 smackers (must be by check).
She asked if I had registered with the NOAA National Saltwater Angler Registry, I did, she did not ask to see it.

I got mine, and yep they are asking if you are NOAA registered.
