update on surfstix

the cranky one is in a lot of pain but he is doing ok his wife said he has a drain
that should come out soon next 2 days or so he is in till friday he s a tuff bird and he s doing ok for a pro plug maker lol more up dates to come :clapping::clapping:

i talked to surfstix to day still in alot of pain i would think so he just needs to rest he said
he was up all night the doc s used fake bone not metal witch is good his body should
not regect it so lets hope for the best more updates to come .

talked to stix sunday doing ok but he might have to be opened up again if the draining
does not stop . he said he feels ok but has pain when he walks . more to come .

Talked to him yesterday. He still is in some pain, like Speedy said. That draining issue could be another serious problem if it doesn't stop. He isn't out of the woods yet and will have a long road to recovery, so he still needs our prayers, if ya can spare some.

do what i can .. stix is home now maybe he can get some good rest he is on meds for the drain to see if they work to get it to heal if it does not heal he go s back in just pray he does well
in the next 2or3 days with the meds i hope they work more to come..

:HappyWave:Thanks to all of you:clapping: All your thoughts are much appreciated.I'm home and as Speedy said a little on the cranky side, very sore and unfortunately living on Percocet again for pain for awhilehttp://stripersandanglers.com/Forum/images/icons/icon13.png I still have a draining issue but I have to take some very expensive antibiotics for 2 wks.($100 a pill):don't know why:to see if that helps Friday I see the surgeon to get some of the staples out of my back and I have a nurse that has to come in for wound care thats about where I stand right now.The positive thing is I can get downstairs to the mancave what I can do is another thing but we will see.Thanks again you guys are great hope the fish gods have blessed you with some fish this Spring.
