Fished a Ling and Cod marathon, out of the AH. Met some guys I have fished with before, also met some new people.
Boat left at 6 AM east wind blowing, more then what was called for. Seas were not that bad bumpy ride out. First drop in shore some flurries of Cod and Ling, bite slowed so off we went to deeper water. We found bigger fish till the dogs moved in, made a few wiggle and moved again. Most people had 10 to 20 Ling/Cod.
My partner and I did very well using a rig I have been working on.Picture of our cooler and less then half the fillets I kept.
