Whats with the lousy paving job on Rt 36 in Sea Bright?

I went to Sandy Hook this morning to fish, and noticed they paved Rt 36 down to Sea Bright. The finished the road, but the job is terrible! There are tire rut marks in quite a few places and the smoothness of the road looks as if it was a lava flow from a volcano that got out of control.

That's one of the worst paving jobs I have ever seen, and they did it with our tax dollars! Shame.http://stripersandanglers.com/Forum/images/icons/icon13.png

They added a 2nd layer yesterday, it looks a little better now.
