Jersey beach camp areas?

Anyone know of any area's in jersey, close to sandy hook, seaside, pt pleasant....where you can surf fish off the beach, and also put up a tent and camp? Any info would be of help thanks

Hey PA, if you want to go further south, IBSP lets people hang out all the time in their campers. Don't know about a tent, though. The rest of the beaches are tough with the tourist season underway.

Have been to Sandy Hook where they let people camp out in the next to last parking lot at North Beach. That seems like something where you would need special permission. Everytime I have seen them, looks like it's the Boy Scouts or something.

PAAngler, there are a few other options. I'm assuming it's because you want to get in your fishing twice in one day without having to drive back and forth?
