curious though do they even enforce this like they do with the freshwater license? i have yet to have a :pig: ask me for my card :kicknuts:

^ I heard they are going to be more strict for 2012. The last session had the fines at 300-$3000. I hear they are going to modify the fines to $25, which is a lot more reasonable. And makes them a lot more likely to enforce it.

Some members asked me about this. You need it if you are out in NJ this year.
Rumor has it that they will be asking to see your registry cards. I don't know if tickets will be issued, but it's best to play it safe anyway....
