remember refrigerator cakes from when you were a kid? How do you make them?

Wow does that bring back memories! My grandmother used to make them.

You put a layer of gram crackers in the bottom of a rectangular dish.

Add a layer of cho. or van. pudding

then a layer of whippped cream or cool whip.

Do this two or three times depending upon the height of the dish.

Refrigerate for at an hour then serve.

My Granma called it Icebox cake. Make it to this day for me and the kids, everyone loves it.

I have also heard it called Polish Pie. Yummy stuff
