I got 2 keepers the other night. One of them had green eggs. A guy I fish with says this means they will not spawn. Is that true or could there be any other reason?

eggs are dead if everyone keeps killing these fish before they spawn things like this won't matter.

Probably a Hudson River fish the high levels of contaminants make their eggs green who knows what it does to us.^^^^ pretty much sums it up.

I agree. I think we should make it catch and release fishing during the spawn like they do in the Chesapeake.

Even people in ancient times knew enough to sacrifice the virgins cuz the sluts were too darn valuable. Let the big mamma's go.
