People may not always realize the significance of those bucktails you dressed them with. They will sometimes provoke a strike from sluggish fish. Outstanding work Madcaster, thanks for sharing. :HappyWave:

Nice work, love that stubby needle to punch through the wind with the right tail weights.

I use to fish in a marina in Jamaica bay and it always had a few hug schools of adult bunker. they would swim in a tight ball in a tight circle. THey had a golden shine, and yellow tail at times. and there where other time they did not. It must be a mood type of thing.

Very cool shot. MC are you sure they were all bunker. A Capt out East in Montauk reported a lot of bunker off the town beaches today. They were mixed in with 14" weakfish. Just another possibility. Either way great shot!

Loving those patterns mad caster. The stubby pattern is good for the bad weather you can punch it out further and I believe the fish can find it easy. Great bunker pic too. Those bunker will be screaming for there lives soon.

Those needles were killer for us at night at ibsp last fall. Good luck with them.
