Hey guys,

My buddy and I decided to try and make a "How to" video for throwing a cast net... Comments on what you liked and what you think we can do better for the next video would be really helpful!

Thanks

That's a bigger net than a lot of guys use for casting bait from piers. Not trying to be critical, just commenting that some people run into trouble when using the larger diameter ones because it takes more skill. Your friend doesn't seem to need any pointers in that dept. He did a real nice job throwing that. Well done.

Hey dogfish how long do you keep the research vessel in the water or are you done for the season?

We keep them in as long as possible but defiantly until our research projects are done for the season... We took out our little 16ft skiff and winterized it (made me upset lol)... I would say most vessels will be out my mid-November.
