The sea bass that anglers have had to throw back the last few weeks will become legal again on Sunday. The season will stay open through Oct. 14 before another closure leading up to the final season from Nov. 1 to Dec. 31. Those sea bass should be piled up on inshore wrecks and reefs after the closure
