N.J. man, 51, charged in boating accident

ELKTON, MD. — A New Jersey man was indicted on manslaughter charges for the death of a Philadelphia woman in a boating accident on the Elk River last summer.
The Cecil County Sheriff's Office served 51-year-old Mark Rosati of Mount Laurel with the indictment on Monday.
Authorities say Rosati was operating a 42-foot power boat with five passengers aboard when it collided with a personal watercraft. A passenger on the smaller craft, 21-year-old Kristy Lynn Szewczak, later died.
