I'm putting this here as partial penance......

There are 3 types of fishermen.....:learn:

I was supposed to meet the Grinch (oops, meant to say Grouch....:laugh:) last night....

I had some stomach virus going on....it was like a volcano, because of something I ate....:embarassed:
The best tides were late at night.....

I took a nap after work. I had fished 6 hours the night before and was shot. Full day at work, I was dragging at the end....

Add to to that a stomach virus with volcanic explosions.:scared:..and it ain't pretty.....

I felt I could take a power nap for 2 hours and be good as new.
That worked when I was 25 years old...lately it ain't working so well....:don't know why:

And I missed meeting the Old Grouch....
left him out there in the cold waiting for me.....:beatin:

I finally woke up and called him....1 1/2 hours too late........

And called to apologize....but he wouldn't talk to me.... wouldn't answer the phone, or texts.....
I knew I screwed up big time.....:embarassed:

That Grouchy Basstid is full of wisdom....
Whenever ya screw up, he's so happy to teach ya a new lesson....

So here's what I learned....and I am truly sorry.....

Besides its getting cold at night, a person your age should really stay inside to stay healthy. I tell you what, I'm gonna try to help you out.
