This isn't a rant against Prudential, just a hope they will do the right thing. We were lucky only had some roof damage. The company took a long time to send us an adjuster, Now that we have it estimated and the work lined up they are taking forever to send the check. Now so far we are good but I have spent a lot of time on the phone with them. Anyone else having similar issues?
