Not a true rotary vise but there are plenty of Ebay knockoffs that get great reviews.

A good place to start for someone on a budget as well as looking at used equipment.

I have noticed fly stuff comes up for sale regularly at deeply discounted prices and some of it was barely ever used or comes with excellent lifetime warranties.
