Worst bureaucratic program in the history of the US. All the news programs are talking about how bad it will be if its underfunded. Supposably only 34000 people registered so far and they need at least 2 million to make it work right.

The truth is who really knows? The program is a confusing mess and these plans are not cheap considering what little benefits they include!
