This fly has so many materials I don't own...in fact the only thing I own would be the hook.

Why do shrimp flies need to be so complex???

It is really just a big white wooly bugger. You can probably make the plastic piece from clear piece of plastic and use a black sharpe. Maybe coat it with some epoxy to make it last longer.
