Floor Guys - Some who do Good, Fairly Priced Work

I know the best place in Central and North Jersey to get floor guys from has been said to be the Brazilians from the Long Branch area. The businesses and workers run out of that one town are eye-opening if you look at the gas stations and 7-11s in the morning..... to see who's constantly going to work.

Recently I had to deal with some damaged floors.
The guy who came gave me an honest estimate of the work and the damage repair.
He was more from North Jersey, which is why I'm mentioning him here.....

Their follow-up impressed me so much that I'm posting a little about them.

I never used them but based on the number of contractors I go through and interview, I believe they will do a good and efficient job....at a very reasonable price.....


From our conversation, I believe they would be a good choice for any landlord to call...
Bear in mind with wood floors in high traffic areas, if the company only puts 2 coats poly on the floor it will soon abrade and start to wear quickly....it's usually smarter to pay someone extra to put 4-5 coats for places like apts and any other high traffic areas....
