I just came across this tool online- really good idea. Unfortunately the smaller version "Fly and Ice" only goes down to a number 16 hook. (I need one to go down to 22) but still a great idea and has built in nippers.

Like it. Looks pretty sturdy and being stainless it won't rust up if you leave it laying around.
