Let's talk about the hype
Listening to some of the Obama comments from the DNC outtakes:
"Her seems to want real change, this is the first time in the history of our coutry we will have a chance to make changes for the better"
"He is such a positive force for change, I haven't felt this way since Bobby Kennedy" :upck:
So what happened to all the presidents since Kennedy and up to
Bush? Were they all dogs, Democrats and Republicans alike?
Will people be swayed by the cult of personality?
Don't they understand there truly won't be any change in gov't if bipartisan sides keep voting their special interests?
If Obama does get elected, 3 months after the honeymoon it will be business as usual, and the middle class will continue to get the royal screwing it always has.
What are some other outrageous comments you've heard about the "new changes" coming our way?

Just take this last item: In the last two years we have accumulated national debt at a rate more than 27 times as fast as during the rest of our entire nation's history. Over 27 times as fast! Metaphorically, speaking, if you are driving in the right lane doing 65 MPH and a car rockets past you in the left lane 27 times faster . . . it would be doing 1,755 MPH! This is a disaster!
