What kind of fish

I saw this picture on the net and was wondering what type of fish it is. Maybe some sort of robin?

It looks like one of those special aquarium fish. Don't remember the name. I think it starts with a p.

Looks jsut like a sea robin, but with different coloring.

I'm not positive but it looks a lot like an armored catfish,nasty invasive fish,nothin eats them,or can.
if you catch one slam it 50 times.
