The Bass seem to have a bigger selection, with the variety of forage in close to shore right now. One thing I have found and truly believe the reason we get numbers of large fish at night here, is Lobster. Yup. Some of the places we fish, and catch high numbers of larger fish, the shore is littered with pieces of small to mid sized lobster. There is one area, full of reefs and boulder fields, with hundreds of small claws and carrapice shells all over the rocky beach..
Night forage brings night feeding.
