Agreed 100%. beautiful fish Kudos well deserved. I'm also wondering like FnM- if you went out of Hatteras or OIFC? Some real nice fish getting caught down there now, congrats.

Wow those are some big tuna, congrats. Over 500 pounds?
NICE tuna! Bait or trolling?
Been following the NC reports. A 101 incher is a big tuna, nice job.
Great reports gents. JB you are a true fishing Warrior!
Nice job, keeps the juices flowing. Should be out this weekend and hope to have a report for you guys.
I have not been feeling well lately. Enjoying the reports and effort. Thank you for posting and congratulations.
^^^^^ hey, glad to see you back in the game. Look forward to seeing you down on the Island this year.
Welcome back clamchucker. Best of health to you.
Fished the back last night on incoming tide before the rain. Two small runts on rubber and light jig. I was fishing with just a hoodie on, no extra clothes. It's been a while since it was like that in March.
Thanks for bringing that up, guys. If the story has not already been related here, we need to document it. I think it could be highly exaggerated.:dribble: :HappyWave:
I'm sorry he finally revealed himself. Next ..........someone will be placing a GPS tracker on his vehicle and following him, instead of finding fish on their own..........Similar to when Rich Swiss and crew got so inundated by people asking for early season spots and following them......they went a bit underground.........
I had an idea a while ago, But have been too busy to post.....
"The Saga of JBarbosa...." Look for it to come alive........soon.:fishing:
North winds have been howling all day. A few days ago I was thinking of fishing but no way no how until it gets warmer. Kudos for the reports gents. I know the striped bass are starting to stir.

Boat fish don't count
I used to say that about boat fish. Those big tuna definitely do count. How else could you catch them? Nice job JB
Anybody got any tips on how to keep your clams from freezing when its 28F out?
Where did everyone go?

wow, nice haul. How many is that?
I keep my fish fillets, clams and beer in a refrigerator in the garage.
Saves a lot of hassles and stress with the old lady.
Good job. If you don't want them to freeze you can always have a winter clambake.
Jb you are crazy to be out there clamming in 28-degree weather. How many layers did you have on?
Also wanted to say I think this cold snap will shut the stripers down.
They have 60 degree weather tomorrow, and then snow forecast this weekend, that's nuts.
Nice catch on the clams. How do you get the setup to float when it's loaded?
fished the back last night. Water got a little warmer. A couple more small runts on rubber.
Nice. if it doesn't snow I'll be out there fishing some bloodworms this weekend.
Yesterday was too nice out not to wet a line. Fished out front Moco, my usual area. one hour after high tide. picked up a few small ones with a light bucktail. Nice time on the water.
Nice job buckethead! I wanted to get out Sunday but gonna see how cold it is after Asbury..
Good going thanks for the report!
Thank you sir always enjoy your reports.
Last night in the back. 1st 2 hrs of outgoing tide. Got the skunk. Saw a few tiny stripers caught on worms. It seemed like the water temperature dropped a few degrees. Hooray March.
What's with the lack of fishing reports from you guys? Grumpy's reports they're selling tons of worms. Someone please go out there and catch and let me know when the fishing's good. Meanwhile I'll keep watching reruns of Breaking Bad.:moon:
I read that on Grumpy's as well. It's probably all those power plant fish.
At this point any striper is better than no stripers.
Took advantage of a perfect afternoon yesterday and fished oceanside. Bucktail tipped with small white curly grub. Nada. The walk out there was refreshing though. Just need the water to warm up a little bit more
Yes they did. It's a damn shame. It's nothing new. every year a small group idiots f*** it up. Then the police start enforcing the no trespassing. Then by the end of the year everyone forgets because facebook fishermen don't want to fish in the cold. Then in the spring it starts up all over again. Vicious cycle.
it has been happening for some time. Found this on the internet.
