Late notice, but....

Stripercoast Surfcasters will be holding an in house club event at the Cape Cod Canal this weekend. We will be meeting at the Scussett beach park area. The picnic grounds near the fishing pier, at Noon Saturday. We will be holding a Shoot out, which is an in house competition for member points. It's catch and release wit anglers paired up to witness each others fish and keep score. Scoring is aggregate length of all legal fish released alive after measurement.
The reason for this post? If you are from the Mass. R.I., or Conn. area and would like to be considered for membership into this hard core angling, and politically active club, this is your chance to show what you got. It's plugs and eels only, No other form of bait allowed.
