Read this on an internet page. "To many of the shadsters on this site, sad news in the passing of Peter "WOO" Groves April 11, 2018" Peter Woo was a well known figure in the yearly spring shad fishery. He recently had a stroke. I was hoping he would recover and get back to doing what he loved. Sadly, no. RIP to a good and honest man.
