In a pan cook garlic, onion, red and green peppers until slightly browned. Add some small tomatoes chopped, parsley, and basil.

1 cup mayo,
1/3 cup good mustard
2tsp soy sauce,
black pepper
1/4 c white wine
1tbs olive oil,
1 tsp paprika,
1tsp tarragon
Nice healthy fillet
Pour on the marinade and let sit 90 minutes.
Bake in 400 oven for about 20-30 minutes or until the fish just flakes.
Add salad and there is your meal.
^ All that mayo? It would probably make a good bluefish recipe too. An old salt I used to know marinated his bluefish fillets in mayo and a couple of spices. Best bluefish I ever ate. :heart:
