I'm glad you posted this, pinhead. I have a ton of stuff on this, friend is a comm. in Alaska, you wouldn't believe the stories he's told me. Just too lazy to dig it up right now. Basically, Exxon is hoping a portion of the original plaintiffs would give up and die. Even though their estates would get the cash, it's still a shameful example of corporate azzholes and irresponsivility.
