Here's some Soulfly with Corey from Slipknot. Not great video, but you can feel the energy.

    some old school Sepultura

    Bloody roots

Great stuff, I'm bummed I gotta leave for work now. After cranking this stuff up, I wish I could be out the door fishin.

Thumbs down malmsteen, a great talent but still an a-hole

I saw this guy in Old Bridge about 6 years ago. His talent is awesome, you can't take that away from him.

He's still an obnoxious, pompouos stuck-up a-hole. On the night he played, mid-winter, there was a problem with the sound system. He was making all kinds of nasty comments about the sound guys and treated them like they were dirt. I can understand him being a perfectionist. That still doesn't justify treating the people who work for you like crap, and dissing them in public. I would never see him again.

Dark, I agree with you on the soulfly/sepultura thing. I have been following them for years. One of the highest energy shows you will ever see. Those boys know how to shake the room up.
