Place Bass fillets in slightly oiled shallow pan.

In medium Bowl mix:

1/4 C Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon salt
2 Teaspoons pepper

Slowly add in:

2/3 C. Olive Oil
1 tablespoon parsley
1 Tablespoon Basil

Mix well.

Pour over Bass, cook at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes depending on size of fillets.
