2 Salmon steaks
12 Grape tomatoes
2 Artichokes hearts
1 green pepper
8 Asparagus Spears
5 cups of greens
3/4 C. Goat Cheese

In a large pan sautee' tomatoes, artichokes, pepper and asparagus, cook until tender.
Add Salmon and cook about 10 minutes turning once.

Place Salmon on top of greens pour vegetable mixture on top. Add Goat Cheese.
