Default Supreme court: gun control and the 2nd amendment

Supreme court is hearing arguments on whether states have the right to exert the restrictions they do on gun ownership. I think the states restrict us enough already. The 2nd Amendment is very clear in its language, and it has been chipped away slowly by the states' opinions. Anyone want to predict the outcome?

States should be more restrictive. Do you know how easy it is for a gang member in the city to get an automatic weapon?

I am hoping for a minimization in this area. As the first comment indicated, the second amendment is very clear in this area. We are losing more and more of our Constitutional Rights every year.

Agreed, the US gov't, and the states, have too much control over our lives.
