Default Funkiest food you have ever cooked or eaten?

and did you like or dislike it? Would you eat it again?

Me: snails in a garlic sauce. There was no taste to the snails, only the sauce. I might eat them again, but it's like eating tofu, why eat something with no taste?

kim che, or kim chi? It's fermented cabbage marinated in a hot sauce, pepper sauce. Korean favorite, the real Koreans take a head of cabbage, bury it in a backyard for a month or 2, dig it up, cut the rotten parts out, and make kim chi with the rest.

Clears your sinuses better then horseradish. I love it, get it from the Asian produce markets whenever I have a few bucks to spare.

I have some Spanish guys I work with. They eat tripe once in a while. I forgot what they call it, but the sauce they use makes it ok. I eat it every now and then, its ok.
