Fished Sandy Hook early Sunday Morning. Caught 4 bass, all shorts. One was about 25". Oh well. I have been fishing 30 years or more, mostly at the Hook. Just love getting out, fish or not. I always say "the best time to go fishing is whenever you can get there". Good luck to all.

You said it, Mike. We all try to time it best, but if you worry about it too much you won't make it out there. Being out there in the salt air and waves at your feet is the best therapy for what ails ya.

I fish Sandy Hook at night a lot, probably have crossed paths once or twice over the years. Welcome aboard.
