    I have found the need to have a black & decker RTX to be a nessary tool in plug making and for almost any other type of creation.
    you can work wonders with a new plug that has some kind of problem.

    it's just B & D's version of a dremel tool.

    the rxt have more rpm s than the dremel s

    rip-pluger the dimmer switch will cook the brushes the speed button onthe tool has dioods to control the amps
