This is the last of the series I'll start on water problems, for now. I'll try to fill in some good tips as I get time. I left this for last because it's the most PITA for any homeowner, handyman, or contractor to do. It's also one of the most important areas to address quickly, or you'll have lots of other provlems along with your original water problem.

I'm not the expert, just a guy who has has a lot of problems with water in different houses - busted water main, sewer main problems, leaking water lines, wet floors, leaking basement walls, mold issues, and, if not repaired over time, the ever hungry termites. I hate those emmeffers, but even if you get termites, all is not lost, you can stop them by eliminating the moisture.
