A warm welcome to Brasilva.

I met this guy in Jamaica Bay, he's there almost every day, hard core fisherman, plug maker, part-time inventor. If you run into him, ask to see his well-designed rod positioner that he made to sit the rod at a 45 deg angle for best positioning for the take and strike.

He's a fanatic about fishin, he and the guys he fishes with are a bunch of die hards when it comes to getting the biggest fish. He's also got a magged baitcaster that he can cast a mile (or at least 200 feet, whichever comes first )

He also started making plugs, and makes some interesting combinations. I got some of them. Among the different designs he makes, he makes a popper with a deeply cupped head that throws a lot of water. I'll be using them soon, and hope to give a report on them.
