they are scattered all over,some days the larger ones are around,then the next morning the smaller ones are around.
small bunker pods and threadfin herring also help keep them coming around.

I'm always out there working the rips with large wood,it gets their attention and if they are very few between,when one comes into range they come to see whats making the racket then pounce!
then I proceed to give 'em an H-H knockout punch.
it really is not hard at all.
