Herb Fish with Garlic


1 large cod, haddock or plaice fillet
1 clove(s)garlic, crushed
1 lemon, the juice
1 pinch(es)mixed herbs
1 mediumjacket potato or 100 gcooked rice leavessalad
4 tbspready-made tomato salsa or ½ can(s)sweetcorn tinfoil



Method

Place 1 large cod, haddock or plaice fillet on tinfoil and add 1 crushed garlic clove, juice 1 lemon and pinch mixed herbs.

Wrap up the fish and bake for 20 minutes on 180°C.

Serve with a medium jacket potato or 100g cooked rice, salad and ready-made tomato salsa or 1/2 a can sweetcorn.

For an even better taste place a little bit butter on top of the fish before wrapping. Trade the mixed herbs with green chilli if you like it hot 'n spicy!
