Today is the 4th day so far. I am using the patch and have not had a cig since Monday afternoon. Can't say that it has been easy but I am doing it. Thanks for the support.

Today has been a week for Cardoc and I. It's over. It was a lot easier knowing that I was not suffering alone. Wasn't that bad though. I used the patch and haven't had a smoke since last Monday. I haven't been coughing early in the morning and my breaths are a lot easier. Feel great.

    to both you and finchaser!

Pebbles and I recently took a short trip to Jamestown. So many people smoke up there. Felt bad to see that. The town is trying to combat that with posters.

I thought I would use this as renewed invitation to any member here to quit smoking here and win a plug under the original terms stated on the 1st page.

Speedy, since giving you a plug probably is not enough of an incentive, if YOU quit smoking for 3 months or more, I'll personally eat a SANDWORM and let you videotape it.... whaddya say bro, is that enough of an incentive???
