Default favorite person in the world of freshwater fishing?

Maybe you all have different favorites. I would have to say the guy Lauri Rapala.
1936: Lauri Rapala invents the Rapala lure. Rapala lures are now sold in 140 countries and are responsible for more world record fish than any other lure.

It was one of the first lures I started using when fishing the ponds and lakes we could get to. The rapala husky jerk got me one of my biggest pickerel, 5.5lbs. I never met the man, but he sure changed a lot of lives with the invetion of those rapalas. Who are some of your favorites?

I like and use rapalas. As far as favorite people go I really enjoy Bill Dance. I know he is older than dust, I love to watch his bloopers though. I grew up watching his shows, Bill Dance is bass fishing in America.
