    Thanks, Getting older. They cramp up on me sometimes now. Thats new, never had that before.

    Cramps for me are sometimes the result of muscle fatigue and potassium deficiency, or using more potassium than I take in. I get the worst charlie horses after standing in cold water for a few hours. Try a banana or 2 a day, it helped me.

    Woww very nice work monty, what size are those hooks you are using they look pretty big. Do you think they would hold up to a big cow?

    Thanks, they are 1/0-5/0 hooks (open eye, VMC, 3X I believe).
    Going to put them on plugs this week/end.
    Been going through older plugs and replacing their hooks.
    I really want to test them on a cow
