    1-eel-12 inches

    Hi Dark,

    the 3 in this pic are not such monsters,well in my book anyway.
    these are actually small in diameter than some might think.the dowel was just 1-1/2 inch diameter at the start.
    they are about 1-1/4 now.
    as for weight,the top one is no more than 3 oz and prolly under that.
    the others are not more than 2.5 oz at best.
    the monsters are those like the super Chubb,that thing is 6 oz plus I'd say.

    My X-100 jointeds are 16 inches and 8 oz with the smaller one at 7 oz.
    some guys I know well and fish with every so often say I am crazy fishing with such large wood.
    I say no,I am only trying to tempt that huge cowfish that almost all of our plugs pass by but don't make her attack.
    when she sees/hears one of my monsters just swagger by,she will either make her move or move outta the way!

    just my take on it,,,,

    this one swims like a trooper,,right on top and to make it dive a bit,you must crank like hell,,,,,,,
