Wouldn't be surffishing forum without some Lami talk right? Snapped the top section of my XS96 in 2 two. User error and just wanted a new top section for whatever the cost. They replaced it free + shipping; about $20.00.

Good to hear of someone who stands behind their product. We are too willing to complain when companies are bad, and less willing to put up compliments when we get good service or satisfaction.
