LL Bean Waders-Great Service

I had a pair of LL Bean waders that leaked at the seams they have some type of satisfaction guarenteed warranty. I had the pre paid UPS return label from the time i bought them, so i sent them back, someone promptly called me and said that style was obsolete and to look at the website and pick out another. I picked out something comparable and just a few days later they were on my door step.

LL Bean is one of the best in the business. I had a pair of breathables, lost the llbean receipt. They were able to work with me because I had some warranty card and the original box. Called them up and they did the same thing for me that they did for you SharkHart. I don't think too many outfits can beat their customer service.

Just a bump, had a seam tear and they replaced them no problem.
