    Default Ointment on the eyeball

One of our cats (Daria, top pic) has an eye infection.
Instead of eye drops I have to put ointment on the eyeball.
Hate doing it, freaks me out 3x per day.....
Guess I belong in Manby Pamby Land.

    That's gotta be rough.
It's bad enough when you have to give a cat a bath. Ointment on the eyeball? Must be about as calm as moving bottles of liquid explosive during an earthquake....
    I feel for ya, Monty.
    Hope the ointment works.

We have 5 (4 sisters (3 years old) and one 11 year old. All were tiny kittens found in the neighborhood (the sisters mother I found run over in front of our house, so we went and found her kittens). They are all indoor cats now.
I am a firm believer if you have more than 5 cats you are a little loopy. Up to 5 and you are normal.

Mamby Pamby Land is a comment that was made in a commercial. It's the one with the drill seargent from Full Metal Jacket that deals with a whiny patient. Funny as hell.

I'm always amazed how the sisters take care of each other.
I feel better knowing that I am not the only SandA member with 5 cats (confirms that normal thing ).

Those green eyes say to me...
I am an on-the-edge cat, come near me with the ointment and I will adorn your arm with dripping blood. Glad it all worked out for ya, bro.

She is an unpredictable cat. Doesn't really know how to play. She tries, but it just don't work. Very vocal (she yells at me), but friendly like the others and a very, very happy cat. I have never seen another cat use her front paws like she does. Always touching things, uses them to drink water (reaches in fountain and licks paw).

That's a cool trait, Monty. Pebbles and I jointly own a cat that drinks from the faucet like that, but I think she's a little psycho. That's why she named her skittles. The frikkin cat has races with herself and chases imaginary shapes and sounds. Nuts!
