raritan bay and ocean area temps

The temperature in the Big D is rising fast. Even with the snow it only took a 4 degree hit. 44 and steady. Shad on the move.

Well that wind last night really sucked. Water down to 38, such is the life when you fish back bays.

I bet bay waters will get mighty cold after these 2 noreaster days. Really sucks!

I don't know exactly how cold but the water I was wading in felt as cold as ice last night. Bring on the sun, its time.

Severe temp drop in the last 3 days in the bay. Keansburg temp register dropped from 68 to 58. Hoping that will keep some of the bunker and stripers around. things have dried up, am now fishing different spots.
