I hate to just put up threads complaining about the businesses out there that don't get it, because there are a lot of businesses that do.

After hearing some feedback about Geico yesterday, it seems they're one of the ones that get it.

From what I was told, if you get in an accident, they walk you through the whole process. They set you up with an estimate appointment immediately, and will come to you if you can't come to them.

Further, if you have the work done at one of their shops, they guarantee all repair work for as long as you own the vehicle.

They have separate reps for dealing with damage claims and injuries.

Overall, dealing with them was described as very pleasant.
I'm not insured with them, but just wanted to pass this info along to others....
