Wow that is an amazingly big shark!


A Great White Shark is spotted off the North Carolina coast. The sighting is captured on cell phone video by some fishermen. In an interview with WECT News, one of the men describes the close encounter

What an enormous beast, that thing must have weighed 1000 lbs or more.

what that dude didn't say in the interview, was that they thought it was a bull shark.

Good point jonthepain. The maximum length of a bull shark is about 11 ft. This thing, by their commentary, was about 18 feet. The things they said make me think they are real doofuses - "Yeah it must be a bull shark, they're the meanest ones around. Hey, let's hook it!"

A great white like that could eat a bull shark for dinner.
You just can't fix stupid I guess.
It's still an awesome video to be up that close to it.
