When is the surf to rough to fish. Wave height, wave period?
Dirty, murky water?
In general is there a cut off with wave height that will cause you to not fish ocean side?
3 - 5 feet too rough
4 - 6 feet too rough
5 - 7 feet too rough
6 - 8 feet too rough
7 - 9 feet too rough
8 - 10 feet too rough
5-7 feet is Ok but murky water = no fishing
3 - 5 feet is OK but 20 mph wind in face = no fishing
