If you are going out past the 3 mile limit to get seabass and stop for stripers first, and keep some, Isn't this cheating as well?
This is a report from a charter capt from yesterday up in the raritan bay-
"On our way to the wrecks Tuesday morning we had to stop on the white water bass action. The guys put topwater plugs on an it was as good as it gets.
The crew put a limit of unders an a limit of overs to 52 lbs on ice
Then went an added some nice seabass & ling to the box"

The follow up is that they gave the win and the purse to a NJ guy. Good job, I hate cheaters.

I think this could be the guy who was accused of putting lines in water too early.

"As President and CEO at ACI WORLDWIDE, INC., Philip G. Heasley made $7,515,500 in total compensation. Of this total $720,000 was received as a salary, $1,252,000 was received as a bonus, $2,000,002 was received in stock options, $3,538,982 was awarded as stock and $4,516 came from other types of compensation."
    Last years salary.
